O.K. seriously now. If you paint the vanity grey, what kind of look do you want for that bathroom? Cottage, eclectic, sophisticated, fun?

Jason thinks we should tear all the tile out and do white subway and penny tiles on the floor....Is there any hope for making this work with the existing tile?
With only so much to spend, would I rather the library den or those brilliant tiles for the foyer?
What did you think of that Laura Ashley white & black & gray wall paper?
Is this a lost cause? I think I'm not going for 'fun' but for sophisticated...relaxing. Love the 'cottage' look and that is probably what defines my style best
And...this could be a rental, so do you invest that much in a rental? But maybe like they say, 'kitchens & baths' are what people look at. Help!
