This is perfect for a little girl.I'm in mourning for your ebay bookcase : ( I think it would be smart to hold the library project and just find some fab furniture. You can always have cabinetry built wall-by-wall, along the way at different times. New windows would be smart, but they are so, so crazy $$$. Have you had them priced out?

I had Lowes bid out the whole house last year with their mid/high end windows. It came to 6,900. I know it's expensive, but I'm sort of dreading the energy bills for the whole house. Shannon's up top were high compared to her square footage. Plus I really think pretty windows can make decorating so much easier in that you don;t have to work so hard to hide the ugly.
I need a good window person though since this has to be site unseen for me. I really should order them soon so they are in my July. The Lowes people were worthless.
Wow. $6,900 isn't bad. But that doesn't include install? Bummer. Still, I bet the windows are the bulk of the financial commitment.
